A whole series of dance moves you can do - using the moves you already know.
In the year 2020, Megan and I were experimenting, exploring dance. One seemingly obvious idea was to run moves backwards. Max Jive coined the term boomerang; a dance move run forward then backwards returning to the ini tial start state. Some moves require some juggling, notably when hands are let go and placed on the shoulders for example.
Have a go yourself. It can be a little testing as it plays havoc with your muscle memory and hard-wired routines. The point being that we can so often find ourselves doing the same thing over and over, usually with dif ferent people and to different songs. Nevertheless, some get leaded-out, tired of the same, same, same. Boomeranging a few moves is one easy way to branch out. It adds some interest and variety to your evening out.
We have a video or two on the moves page to show it in action.
