Am I too old? - not if you can walk. Lots take up new activities when they retire. All ages welcome.

How difficult it is? We have the world's easiest system. Whilst incredibly fast to pick up, it is broad and varied. You take it as far as you want, bit by bit. You will become a universal dancer. Following as perfect as can be. Leading wonderfully, so that you can go to rock n' roll, Jive events or quickly adapt to Salsa/Swing etc.

Will it keep me fit? Indeed it will.

Will I meet new people? For sure, dance has a great social scene.

I am nervous about coming on my own. Nobody has ever died going to a dance club. Be brave, you will be glad you did. Bring your mum, your brother, your aunt if you want - no problem. They can sit and watch.
